RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Dalesi, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide instructions for the return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging when the packaging is required for the product.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it and the customer may need to follow our return procedure.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at supportdalesi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
